Twenty years of actor's training, from physical theater to Noh and Butoh. The body knows before the words: it grounds, it listens, it radiates.

I · The show
N°111 Rue d'Amérique
A solo performance between physical theater and intimate narrative. The body tells what words alone cannot say: exile, transmission, the stubborn beauty of being human.

- In residency at the Théâtre des Augustins in Montluel, near Lyon. Rehearsals in autumn 2026.

From masters to the stage
Noh
In Japan, one gesture can last a minute and contain a lifetime. My Noh masters taught me precision: nothing is decorative, everything is necessary.
Butoh
The dance of the depths. Butoh taught me to let the body say what has no words yet, and not to fear slowness.
Physical theater
From European stages to conflict zones, physical theater turned my body into an instrument: this is the instrument I now pass on.
